Financial Information

We have established procedures that maintain quality care and reasonable cost for our patients. Financial options are discussed during the initial exam. We will do our best to answer your financial questions at the time of your initial exam so you can be fully informed of your financial obligation. Our team is here to help you find a comfortable financial arrangement so that you can have necessary treatment that has been recommended by your dentist or dental specialist. Part of that plan is to provide excellent medical and surgical care as well as guide patients in choosing the best payment option for their individual needs.

If you DO NOT have a dental benefits program (dental insurance) we will require payment in full by cash, credit card or cashier’s check at the time of service. For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We will be happy to discuss these terms with you during your visit. The fees quoted for surgery are an estimate only. The stated fees will be honored for a period of 90 days. If you do not have insurance benefits, your initial exam and x-rays are due at the time of service.

If you DO have dental benefits (dental insurance), we work hand in hand with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures. Dental insurance is a contract between you and your insurance carrier. Benefits quoted to us electronically or by phone are subject to review by the insurance company and are not a guarantee of payment. We will do everything possible to help you understand and make the most of your dental benefits. As a courtesy to you, we will file your insurance claims. We accept all dental insurance plans.*

Providing us with accurate and complete data helps you obtain the maximum reimbursement on your claim. Insurance claims assigned to our office and not paid by your carrier after 45 days, will be your responsibility and the balance will be due in full within 10 days.

We provide affordable payment plans through Care Credit and Chase. A simple application process is available online. Please see the links below for information regarding these companies.

*If your plan is a dental DMO or medical HMO plan, you must go to a contracted doctor to access your benefits.
