Leadership and Attacking Adversity

Eric Kapitulik

During Eric’s keynote presentation, he shares his story as a United States Marine Corps Infantry and Special Operations Officer at the US Naval Academy.  Eric’s experience includes surviving a tragic helicopter crash that killed six of his Marines and how he then had to integrate new teammates into his special operations team. He will also discuss how to define goals, set standards, and be a better team leader and teammate.
